Christmas Time!!

Well it has been a fun month so far. Sarah came in town to hang out with us. She helped us go and get our Christmas tree. Reygan had a nice time cutting down her first tree....I helped a litte...We got the tree all set up and are ready for Christmas. It should be pretty interesting this year. Today we found out that Reygan is pretty sick. She should be better by Christmas but it will sure make for an interesting next week.

We had a great time at Nick's First Gig with his new band tne Goodfellas. Reygan got to hang (sleep) with Mindy and Ty. It was a good weekend.

It's a rainy weekend.

So far labor day weekend is turning out to be a wet one. Hopefully tomorrow and Monday will be better. We are having Reygan's dedication service tomorrow and having alot of people come over. Pray for good weather!

Well we did have a nice clean baby to take to the wedding today. Two outfits packed and ready just in case. Well now neither little miss Reygan or Daddy have shirts they can ware. She decided to spit up all over daddy and herself. Oh well nev time I guess I will have to pack an extra shirt.

I don't know how Kaleigh does. Reygan has been having acid reflux lately. The doctor just gave us some medicine today. So hopefully that helps. Its amazing how something so sweet and tiny can make some BIG noise.

Here she is!!!

Introducing Reygan Norine Rider for the first time. Kaleigh made it through. It was a long road but Kaleigh was determined. We are of course tired from the jouney but are so lucky and happy. To be able to hold our child.

Kaleigh is doing much better after getting her epidural. She is going to get some rest and then hopfully we will be ready to have a baby. Thanks for all the prayers.

Just in case you wanted to see how Kaleigh has been progressing... Here are the belly shots.  We are almost at the end now and man is Kaleigh ready to be done. Everything has been going really well with the baby. It could be anytime now that the baby is here so the next picture could be of the BABY!!! 

It was a great weekend.  The weather was wonderful and we had Sarah and her sister Aly in for the weekend.  We of course went to the zoo.  All of the animals seemed to be out and active.  I am sure the first words out of our childs mouth will be ZOO!!!  With Kaleigh's love for the zoo we will probably be there every weekend.  Anyway We had a good time. A Work In Progress....

Well Here it is!..........Almost.......OK not really. We are currently working on the baby's room.  Recently this was our office / Storage room. Due to a bad interior decision by the previous owner I have to sand the texture off of the walls and ceiling before it will be ready to paint.  We will keep you updated as we have more progress.  We have some big plans for this room and can't wait to get it going. 

It seems that being pregnant has many different effects on you and your wife.... Yes the man is effected as well.  I did not realize that I along with my wife would start craving certain foods or start sleeping as much as Kaleigh does now that she is creating life. Apparently it takes a lot of work. :)  I also lost my sense of balance....this was awkward. It made going up stairs a little harder. 

It also happens that in the midst of all this, Kaleigh will get sudden bursts of energy. And now we get to the picture.  Kaleigh made new curtains for our kitchen.  And when I say made I mean that she sewed them herself.   She did a great job.  

A New Addition

Kaleigh and I are expecting our first born child.  And This is our first picture!!  It really is a beautiful thing to see your baby for the first time.  It makes everything that much more real.  We are so excited that our baby is on the way.  

We are currently at 21 weeks in the pregnancy.  We do not know if it is a boy or girl and are planning on keeping it that way.  We want it to be a surprise. So you will just have to wait.... The due date is July 17th.  WOW!! That makes July a busy month.  Kaleigh's birthday is the 21st... Mine is the 3rd...Our wedding anniversary is the 19th...Lets just say that it is going to be a big month.
